Purply hands in hot water

To be honest i'm not too worried about this one health wise but as i am meant to be recording oxygen levels with a finger reader, it does concern me otherwise. I take a hot shower or dip my cold hands under a running hot tap and my hands get some purple blotches across them. Not too bright but purple nonetheless. When they're cold they go quite pale and light in colour, but not totally white. Heat from an air con or blood pressure rising turns them red, Is that all normal?

As long as there is no other symptoms such as pain alongside, then I think you're good to go :)
