Pain in right arm

Hi not been here for a while but getting my self so worried. Worried sick about a heart attack. I'm having a pulsating sharp pain in my right arm. Intermittent pain, feels like nerve pain, but I'm so worried! Has anyone else experienced this xx

From experience, I had steady pain radiating down my left arm during my heart attacks as well as chest pain etc.that got worse and worse.
