weird tingling sensation

for about a week i've been having this weird tingling / tightening sensation in a back muscle. i'm freaking out and i feel like I have ALS / MS or am going to become paralyzed. does this sound serious? i'm really scared, it started out of nowhere....

Its just tension. Maybe a hot bath would help.
Have you done any lifting or other work which could have caused it?
I believe your fears of MS etc are unfounded. Its just that old Devil Anxiety! Grrrr

Oh tingly and twitchy are parts of anxiety.
