hi there peeps,
its been a while but i was wondering if anyone finds that some days say after you've had a few good days regarding quietening of intrusive thoughts. then for some reason you have a trigger or a spike or maybe its nothing at all but you get a bit on the panicky side and a racing mind.
does anyone find that you worry about bringing up old themes again, like you could suddenly go "back there" and have it take over your thoughts again like you have no say in the matter and you try to push it away?
hopefully not just me.
