Hi all

I'm Penelope and have been telling myself for a long time that I'll find somewhere online that allows me to talk about what goes on in this crazy mind of mine. It's not as if I can chat to colleagues or anyone else (other than fantastic husband) about my anxiety, panic, being irrational etc. etc.

Any tips on where to go/what to do on here?
