Hope the CBT does help,sat here now feeling real crappy and valium'd up!...turned around on the way to work today and came home in tears,cant seem to cope with anything and i dont know why!:weep:

Off to quacks later to pick up Citalopram,that might help,ran out 2 days ago

Worried ill lose my job now as well...had 3 weeks off a week ago,did a week and yesterday but woke up real panicky this morning,grrrrr

GF is really supportive but i still cant snap out of it

On a completly different note our kitten 'Muffin' just slid off the monitor asleep with a crash as i type this..looks sheepish now :wacko:
