Hey there.

I am new to this forum and decided to join because my life partner has anxiety.
I'm doing my best to be supportive but it's quite hard lately. Part of the difficulty is that he is just learning how to talk about his anxiety for the first time in his life.
I am also hoping to connect with people in similar positions.

It's been a crazy year for us! We had our handfasting and moved all the way across the country so that I could go to an affordable school. Not only that but switched from illustration to information technology. So that right there has been a lot of adjusting!
