I'm just wondering how is depersonalisation ever going to go if i can't stop thinking about it?
i have ocd aswell :(
please help as i can't seem to carry on any more :(

hi thanks for the reply. i usually try to sleep :( i am on medications but they don't seem to be helping. i just feel really disconnected from everyone and feel like i am never here and really panic
its very scary :(
