Depression and health anxiety

hi, i was wondering if someone could let me know if there is a link between depression and HA, i feel really down ( for no apparent reason really) and am having a bout of HA.. or is the HA making me depressed.. chicken/egg scenario.. does anyone else feel a similar thing?
