where can i get an ECG done privately in UK (preferably scotland) and how much does it roughly cost?

Hi, you can get an ECG done at your GP's, even if you don't have a particularly convincing medical reason and just want reassurance. Failing that, most private hospitals will do an ECG for you and in my experience it will cost between 25 and 100 pounds. If you're after an interpretation as well then a Cardiologist will charge 50 to 100 to do so. Is there a specific question you want the ECG to answer? well i just basically wanted to know whether after having 2 ecg tests one at 16 and one at 23 (now 25) if there would have been anything diagnosed? or is it possible for these defects to be missed?
