Hi all. My name is Terri, i'm 28 and i live in Chester (UK)

I really want to reach out and find some comfort/help as sometimes i feel like i am in my own world and its very difficult to communicate with other with out the fear or judgement or miss understanding.

I suffer with Anxiety/Panic disorder - i was diagnosed with GAD about 3 years ago now.

like everyone i have good and bad days, but im hoping to try and make things easier and i would love to meet people for support and guidance.
