All day I,ve been anxious. N that feeling in your stomach. I,ve had a bit of tingling in my left fore-arm or a pins n needles effect.

I don't mean to seem rude, but I'm not sure what you're looking for here. If it's reassurance then I can certainly say you have described classic anxiety symptoms. Have you sought treatment?

Servererror. Yes I had treatment years ago. Meds and councilin. But usualy im ok but have my days like today. And 9 times out 10 we all come here for help and reasurance.
