Nausea caused by anxiety

Hi there, I have recently been diagnosed with anxiety after suffering from severe nausea for over 7yrs. Still struggling tbh and hoping docs can help this week by changing my meds. All very new but hoping there is light at the end of the tunnel and that I can get my life back. Suzi xx
