I have had anxiety for so long and i know i need to seek help but i am in a tough spot right now with my mind going crazy. I found the babinski reflex today and have been testing it on myself. Although i havent gotten an abnormal sort of reaction i am worried that if someone else does it it may be abnormal. Does anyone know what else can cause this. I have had an ankle injury which made me not able to walk for a few weeks and not perfectly for months could this cause my foot symptoms due to nerve damage as the ankle clicked out of place and when i tap the side of my ankle in 1 place i get pins and needles type feeling very strange
