Had a bad few days

After my recovery from self help seemed to be approaching a difficult weekend of high emotion has sparked the fear of panic again. The past few days have been fairly difficult at work with that "pre fear panic" constantly in the background.

To anyone else having a relapse of such you are not alone. The sun is shining here today and the panic is subtly less then yesterday.

The fear of panic is worse then the panic itself.

Indeed @Arran7225. It is hard to think rationally when it is lurking about but I try to think about it like an angered animal, give it any more attention and it may just pounce, ignore it and it will probably just flee.
