head pressure

Does anyone get this head pressure when you are resting the back of your head when you are lying down on a pillow, some days are better than others

I get it...i actually have it right now and it's causing weird sensations in my face trying my best not to think about it.

Anxiety/Poor sleep quality..can cause this.
