Hot Chocolate

Hi people,

Hope you are all ok. Here is a tip for a good nights sleep - have a hot chocolate (made with milk) before you go too sleep. Ive tried this now for the past week and ive had the best sleeps ever!

I've tried this before, but hot chocolate (any brand) seems to give me an instant headache the moment I take a sip lol Back to the drawing board...
