New job new panic :-(

Started first full week in new job, and although picking up some parts of the role struggling with taking everything in. Struggled a lot this morning and burst into tears, panic set in and felt thick and stupid. Also finding I can't switch off, and thinking about work at night, and waking hours before the alarm. Desperate for help! This afternoon wasn't any better. Need this job, can't face jobcentre again :-(
