Break up advise

Hi guys, I'm hurting right now and really don't know what to do...

Me and Dean have been together a long time.. We had a house together, we have pets etc and have both recently.moved into my mums house because of my anxiety I.list my.job etc etc

I don't think we're working out anymore. If we break up, it might.not be forever.. Maybe just until I get a grip on my life but how the he'll.do I go about this..

I don't know anything about breakups but you really need to talk to him. Why don't you think its working out any more? If you still love him you can try and make it work. Ask him how he feels about your relationship. Don't make any quick decisions on how you feel at the moment, it might just be a temporary feeling.
