my tinnitus(ears constantly ringing)

been ok last few weeks but today its causing me to be a little bit light headed and it makes me so anxious as im in work , just not quite sure what to do with myself , trying to get my breathing right so i dont go into panic any advice? p.s as soon as i panic i assume im having heart attack dont know why! annoy myself at times

I've been having tinnitus as well lately. Started in my left ear and sometimes that goes away and then its in my right ear. If I get busy and try not to concentrate on it I usually don't notice it at all, which is alot easier said than done.

I've had it for quite a while and it never bothered me until recenlty , even a slight head movement and i can feel dizzy
