scared to death of clots

Hi all I'm feeling really spooked, worried you name it. I posted about how I'd been coughing up blood the last six days I have been given antibiotics. The blood has died down but I'm petrified of clots, you see I have been in bed for nearly 7 days, not all the time but longer than normal and I'm worried about blood clots. I have pains in my legs and on left side of ribs I'm scared senseless.

Does none have any ideas or words of comfort please
