Breast clinic

I have an appointment for the breast clinic on Monday
I went to the Drs a week and a half a go and have got the appointment very quickly.
I have been having breast pain for a year.
Dr has referred me to reassure me and said I do not have any lumps.
Just panicking that the appointment has come through so quickly.
Has anyone been to breast clinic for breast pain.

I got referred because I had one leaking breast. I was leaking milk and it was about 18 months since I stopped feeding. Like you, my doctor was not overly concerned but referred me to be on the safe side. The appointment came through quite quickly also, and I was an absolute nervous wreck, but they told me there and then on the day that there was nothing wrong. I know how scary it is but it sounds as though you will be fine. I have also heard that usually pain is actually a good thing as it usually means it's something muscular.
