Non HA related - pulled half toe nail off :/

Not sure if anyone remembers my post about my toenail having a crack down the middle vertically. I kept it covered in Polish and plaster and socks but i just had a look and it peeled off very easily, no pain!

Now what? I had a layer of skin nail underneath not a proper nail yet. Currently for a plaster on it.

What would you recommend?

I have bizarrely shaped tiny toenails, they grow into my skin so if they're hurting I often have to cut them down very low, if they're not bleeding I don't cover them.

I always keep nail varnish on ghem probably every day for last ten years. I'm embarrassingly not very hygienic with my toenails and keep them on for months :/

Anyway, would taken nail varnish off help nails health?
