Pain /tenderness in head

Hi please could anyone give me some advice I had a bit of headache yesterday but then just before I went to bed I got a ache pain in the back of my head it's left side at Base of scull I didn't sleep well at all I was very worried and anxious my stomach was affected by the stress and I felt sickly then today it has been there on and off most of the day my muscles on that side feel very tense and painful and I even have tender pain round my ear where it meets the jaw and behind my ear I am very worried it's serious I feel very panicky and scared thanks any advice would be great x

Do you have long hair? Sometimes when I sleep my hair gets pulled giving me a sore scalp in the morning. That and I have tmj and anxiety so I grind and clench my jaw a lot causing facial pain and pain behind the ear. I would say it was nothing serious

Probably injured your neck but I get those side headed headaches and really it's just migraines... try to drink a tall glass of water and see if it helps
