Anxiety or Tinnitus

in the last few months i've had a feeling i struggle to describe , its not proper dizziness but i do feel lightheaded at times it had coincided with my tinnitus and anxiety coming back, i feel a bit spaced out a lot , anyone else feel this way?

I've been having the tinnitus for a couple weeks now, mostly in my left ear but sometimes my right. I think the dizziness is just some pressure on your inner ear as the ear has a whole lot to do with balance
