Is this a normal throat?

I have I was wondering if this throat was normal as there are red lines on both sides as you can see... It has been like this for around 3 weeks. There is no pain or discomfort at all just a bit of health anxiety. Let me know if this is fine or not.

I would have to assume you've been seen by a doctor? Regardless, anxiety sufferers on a website would not be qualified to give you a medical opinion.

That being said, there are no "red flag" things I see that would be concerning.

Thank you and no I haven't been to the doctor as it's not causing any symptoms I was just wondering if the raised red flesh on both sides of.my.throat is a normal thing because I never noticed them before

I have those in my throat too. I'm not worried about them I think their normal!!
