Has anyone found a way to enjoy feeling normal and not think constantly of when anxiety will next engulf you? I'm trying hard to keep my thoughts in the moment but not succeeding. I'm trying to tell myself " so what if it comes back, it will pass, it always does, it doesn't harm me." Maybe that's my new mantra.
Going to try a meditation class today, long over due!

Anxiety, depression but no major episode for 8 yrs (proud of that)
Venlafaxine, Mirtazipine, Lithium and loads of acupressure for anxiety - really really helps
