I'm posting a lot and it's annoying me but i keep getting numbness and tingling in saddle area when i sit down, not complete numbness like i can still feel it but partial numbness so i could pinch the area without feeling the pain i would elsewhere so to speak, also a very slight tingling too. No pain though but i do always have a bad back,
I sit on quite a hard computer chair could this be causing it? I keep thinking it's cauda equina :unsure:

I had MRI of lower back about 6 years ago all clear. But have had on/off back problems since
