Hi,
So i dont know if this is an anxiety symptom, my left leg doesnt feel like my right, i have a very flat foot on the left side and my balance is nowhere near as good, the doc gave me orthotics but it doesnt help much, i put on a lot of weight which wont have helped.
anyway my left leg feels like it is constantly contracted, like more or less everyday for nearly 2 years now
has anyone else had this ? why would i only be getting tension in one leg ?
