I can feel my health anxiety is coming fast I can feel the little niggles of adrenaline rushing before I manage to calm it in its tracks relapse maybe??gid I hope not I can't do all that again it was hard work basically what's happening is I'm having hot sensations over my body and I'm seriously becoming worried with it.
