Hi Jade:D

Hannza is doing well, she has had no problems with PA for a while now i am so pround of her. She was asking about you the other day. The fact that she is only 11 i think she is enjoying the fact that she is well and getting on with what kids do. i know she has worked hard over the years to get were she is now. Thank you for asking.
Suffering as a adult is hared but for a child it must be harder.
Remember Jade you are such a strong amd brave person you can beat this, i think of you all the time because i know what you are going through. My heart goes out to you and i wish you well.

Thinking of you always.

Hi all:D

Just a update on how things are going. I have changed alot
in my life, as some of you may know I have spent all of my
time in my past being there for my daughter, who suffered PA
and anxiaty from the age of 3 she is now 11 she herself has
put Mr Panic in his box and is doing well:D
I have a part time job as a domestic engineer { cleaner in a private house} LOL. I also have started a course learning sign language.
I will in the future go back to what I love doing and that is
working with the elderly.
I am 95% better and 5% nearlly there.
They say when you have come through and learnd not to fear
Mr Panic you will thank him. If anyone would had told me this
in the begining I would have thought they were loopy. Now I know
better. I have learned so much. The most pricless lesson I have
learned is to be true to myself. If I have to do something
trembling I still should try and do it, anything is within my reach.
He has also tought me that all problems have a begining and an
end.
Thank you Nic for starting this site because without the iformation
on here and the help and support I would not be where I am today.
I can not thank you enough.
Again I thank all the special people on here.

My thoughts are with you all always

LOVE JILLXXX
