No scared i have bowel cancer, god i'm terrified :(

Hey,

I'm 20 and i never been diagnosed with ibs however I've had pain on and off in my stomach cramps etc for around 6 years + off a fear of appendicitis ages ago I think the stress gave me ibs but I never got diagnosed.

The last week I've felt terrible had some cramps that come and go more dull and have been constipated for the last two days went earlier twice but i didn't do much at all also had a pain under my arm pit upper chest area last night but that may be due to bad posture of me using the computer and slouching forward. that's gone a bit now but this last week Idk but I feel stressed out and can't relax at all no matter how hard i try I've just been overwhelmed trying to pick a car i want, hours changing at work etc I just can't calm down at all :(.

And now I did the wrong thing but googling and saw you can get bowel cancer under 50 I'm F**** terrified and can't calm down

now :(

What do you think it is? I haven't had any blood when wiping in stool etc do have the occasional mucus every now and then and passing just mucus in the past.

Edit: ive got gas aswell and heartburn now lying in bed

Sounds like ibs to me. I get a lot of the same symptoms

I've got ibs and i too get mucus in my stool every so often but since you have had the pains so long and there is no blood I'd say it's highly unlikely you have cancer but i get it i have had too many bowel cancer scares to count but it's always turned out to be nothing.
