Im due back to work tomorrow but im so anxious about it i know its not a huge deal and i know ill be fine but still cant shake it off. Anyone felt the same?

Yes im trying not to think about it. Work is where my anxiety started up again after 12 years anxiety free so im relating anxiety to my work place. Im sure ill be fine once im there.
