Meningitis worry

Please help try and calm me down. Ive had achey full feeling ears for a couple of days and had a bit of a sore neck which ive put down to sleeping funny, stypidly googled to see if ear ache can spread to back of neck and it came up with meningitis and im now im panicking about that it could ve meningitis. Ive got a bit of a headache but nothing major (took paracetomol about half an hour or so ago) help :(

Youd have crushing head pain and a neck so stiff, you couldnt move it.

Thanks i am calming down and keep telling myself if it was itd be severe abd that being highly anxious recently wont be helping things

you would be seriously ill and in hospital if not worse if you had meningitis that long....... meningitis symptoms go from none to severe in a few hours..... you don't have meningitis.
