Hello, im revisiting

Hello my name is Rebecca and I am revisiting, a few years ago I found this website a huge help and manged to get over my anxiety with a little help from medication. I have recently come off this medication and unfortunately I am struggling to feel as in control as I was feeling. I though I would come back on here for a little support :)
