Waiting on blood test results so nervous

My doctor ordered blood tests for aNxiety but I'm so worried it'll come back bad if other illness and diseases. I feel fine in myself but the fear is real. I had it yesterday and the nurse was lovely. Just so scared.

If you feel fine then you are fine. It's routine to do blood tests when you have anxiety to rule out any deficiencies and those would just be treated with medication or supplements.
I understand how you feel. I'm just as bad but I try to reason with myself. It does help.
