got appointment today with doc, need to get my med sorted as getting so fed up with my depression/anxiety coming back. I have now tried 3 SSRI's, venlafaxine and lofepramine with no joy. I've recently been prescribed Seroquel very low dose to help with anxiety, but still feeling down as this inly helps the anx. when you are on AD's I take it should not be still having periods of weeks of depression?

I find it still creeps back , i have to keep busy and focus on other things .

how often do you find it creeping back?
I know I have to work on it, but thought the AD's would keep bad periods like this at bay, or at least lessen their control
