Urgh so I'm due tommorow and I've had a sweep today been in a good mood all day then my eyes been twitching for like 5 weeks on and off but today both my eyes my chin my lips ect keep twitching randomly I was stressed earlier due to my ohone smashing but I was relaxed when all the spasms got really bad does it sound like a stroke ? I've just read up about bell palsy too :, ( a soon as I have no symtoms and everything goes good I get severe symtoms all a sudden can anxiety cause your face to quiver spasm ect ? I feel like I'm going mad
