white dots in mouth

i notices some white dots inside of cheeks and near tonsils.
there is no pain or anything about them.

Can anyone reassure me as to what this could / couldn't be?

Maybe little ulcers or glands.

Whatever they are they do not look anything bad

Mucus, something you ate straggling along? Try gargling with mouthwash and see if they are still there?

Could also be those tonsil calcification things, that can get really annoying and are hard to fish out
