Arm Flushing/Redness

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if any of you experience arm flushing? I have been noticing that my arms will randomly turn bright red like a sunburn---I can't think of any correlation. I know it sometimes happens when I get hot, but tonight I was just standing in the kitchen and my husband asked why my arms were so burnt. About 20 minutes later the redness subsided.

Unfortunately I consulted Dr. Google, who told me I had lupus. Honestly, this has been a fear of mine because I do have many of the symptoms. However, I know some of them are also anxiety related- but I don't feel particularly anxious right now.

Is it red like you have little red dots? There's a thing called Keratosis pilaris that I have that makes the backs of my arms kinda red from all the tiny little dots

Nope, no bumps or dots :( Just bright red like a sunburn..
