New-be to nmp but not anxiety

Hello to all. I'm new to this forum/chat rooms but not to anxiety. Unfortunately, i've been dragging a trunk of anxiety around majority of my life and dealing with it. I have noticed as i get older the anxiety has become increasing worse. Has anyone else experienced similar issues? Thanks for any replies and encouragement.
