Been having constant throat infections recently- seems to be bacterial.
My partner (who I've only recently been together with) smokes. I was wondering if there's any link with this? Is it possible that I'm sensitive to smoking and the bacteria they may possibly carry?
I seem to recover in the time away from them but after kissing them, the days my tonsisl swell up and all. I had a bad case of strep thraot a month ago which was treated with antibiotics but it seems to have come back... :(
Anyone else had any similar experiences or any input?

actually scared I might get hpv and thus mouth/throat cancer, as i've just read that oral hpv can be spread by kissing (french kissing) :(((((
