What symptom or symptoms have you had that 'scared' you the most and made you have extreme anxiety, what did you link it to and what did it turn out to be(if not anxiety)
Thinking back i've had so many in my mind terrifying symptoms that turned out to be something of nothing, but my mind doesn't focus on those occasions at all and i seem to forget about the sheer volume of diseases i was convinced i had and still to this date years and years later have not been diagnosed with a single thing.
I think it's useful to remind ourselves sometimes that we are wrong! We don't know it all, reflect on all that wasted time spent full of fear :weep:
