Diarrhoea! now I'm convinced!

So now not only do I have the unexplained bleed from my bum (no poo involved ) i now have diarrhoea!

Ok so my rational brain is saying this is because I'm bearly eating and anxiety is through the roof.

My irrational brain is saying, see I told you all so! Bowel cancer! !

What am I going to do guys???
