i have been in a real slump for a few years now and i have had enough, i have put on a lot of weights and had really bad anxiety.

I have started doing 30 mins on the bike everyday and in the morning i am now taking a fruit and veggie smoothie with turmeric and pepper, i have read a lot of studies on how turmeric can help with depression etc and so far the results are very good.

i just throw in spinach, mango, broccoli, turmeric, berries and water, i would urge anyone to start the day with a smoothie and you will feel the benefits of the nutrients etc

you can beat anxiety, i beat it for 5 years with daily excersise and nutrition, it did come back which isnt good but it can be done
