Does anyone else have this happen? After my workout in always cold! Most people are cooking and sweating but I'm cold. I'm not really worried just wondering why. But I'm always cold. It can be 80 and I'll probably be in jeans and a hoodie. Also I get a pain I my temple and above my left eye after a workout. Anyone know the best way to prevent/ treat These headaches? Usually takes a few hours to go away but it hurts so bad!
