D/Personalisation D/Realisation only lasting a moment?

is it possible for that "unreal" feeling to just come in a bit of a flash, like only momentarily? I think thats what i feel. Sometimes someome will say something and for some reason it sounded unreal even though i know it was. I also just sometimes get a feeling like im on drugs liek im in a dream state, it doesnt last that long but its quite scary. i always freak out liek im losing my mind as i have done drugs in the past so I thinkt hats whats happening to me at the time. Reading the Symptoms page, it sounds like d/personalisation/ralisation, but just wondered if it can jsut come in short bursts?

I get this from time to time. Sometimes i will say one word and it doesnt sound right. Other people will say things and it just feel like a dream

Its horrible but i know its all part of my anxiety playing up
