I am dreading going to bed as I know I won't sleep as my anxiety will start.
I have had a bad day with my sore head and although I keep rationalising it I still keep worrying as it isn't going away. It has subsided a few times after pain killers but comes back again when they wear off.
Has anyone else had sore pressure points and eye pain that went on a while. It hurts when I press certain points on my head. I've been told it might be sinus which is what I first thought.
Feel like having a glass of wine but I'm trying to be healthier :blush:
