Love it!! Ive been pretty good today with not googling and ironically (ha) feel more positive, although theres still that what if demon lingering. Roll on GP appt tomorrow!!!

Absolutely!!! I have gone a 2 days with googling anything health related and I'm starting to feel almost normal again.

I really need to do it!!!!

I can't shake the thought that if i ignore and don't google then i could be missing something serious here.
But either way, i'm not doing anything about it, just bloody scaring myself so there is no benefit to it whatsoever

Not sure what you mean by " stop googling " think I'd better google it to be sure , lol , first time I had anxiety there was no google and docs had no time for non sick people I got over it a lot quicker , think we are all on information overload , take care fishman.

I try my hardest , I get this urge where I think I'll just check to put my mind at rest and before I know it ive read the "c" word and I'm in full blown panic 😫
