Last night was the first night of a 6 week programme dealing with stress-anxiety-panic attacks etc.
The course is run by an org called steps. I suppose its taking the steps to get your life back.

I was amazed to find the place packed out but it goes to show you how many people really are suffering. Once I was in I was ok but getting there involved a lot of will-power:ohmy:
Most of the stuff we already know but just making the effort to go reinforces the positve thoughts to myself, that I want to be able to cope with anxiety and bring down the stress level.

I suppose I just want to encourage anyone else out there that we all need to take that first step towards healing ourselves.

Well done for going along Jude. Sounds really interesting and I'd love to hear more about the programme as you go through it.
